Our Classic Bridge Handle Snaps on for instant control over your K9 and keeps them close by.
Made from 3 layers of high density Nylon webbing, this handle will last a lifetime. Our Classic model features a Rubberized Molded hand grip, giving it a much fuller grip than other Snap On Handles. It this handle is not reinforced with a metal core, so it should be considered a "pulling handle".
Many people also will clip both snaps of this handle to a collar making a super-convenient short leash that is comfortable on the hands to hold. Made to clip onto our WD-SVD-0112 vest and our WD-SVD-0108 vest.
Available in 9" length, 11" length and 14" length. Custom sizes available for an additional charge - please call.
NOTE: The Bridge Handle should NOT be used for stability purposes. This item clips to our integrated D-Rings on our vest which means it does shift around. This handle is great for guiding a person and for keeping your K9 close by.
Important Note: It is illegal to represent your dog as a Service Dog if your dog is indeed not a Service Dog. Wiredog will NEVER knowingly sell to an individual committing this fraudulent activity. If you are unsure about what a Service Dog is, please refer to our Service Dog Information page for the definition according to the Federal ADA Act.

This was much more flimsy than I expected. It doesn't offer me the control I expected. The photo makes it appear more rigid. I also bought the mid-size handle and I might have considered going longer. I had hoped to use it to stabilize a bit on stairs and keep my dog controlled better in highly distracted environments. I'm not sure it will be useful for either of these functions.
As stated on the product's page, "NOTE: The Bridge Handle should NOT be used for stability purposes. This item clips to our integrated D-Rings on our vest which means it does shift around. This handle is great for guiding a person and for keeping your K9 close by. "

Not exactly what I wanted because I thought it was reinforced like the nylon bridge handle. For what it is; however, I have no complaints.

Really depends on what you're looking for. I thought this was a reinforced with a comfy handle, and thought, awesome. Unfortunately, it's more of leash, and kept getting tangled in my dog's legs (I had the 14"). Also, since I'm trying to teach him to stand next to me, he could twist the handle and end up backwards. However, the construction was VERY good, and looked like it would hold up to just about anything. I will keep it in mind for when he's further trained, but right now, it just wasn't a good fit.

Well made, sturdy grip handle for that extra control.
